- Transaction Fee: For any negotiated transaction fee (suggested among $300), the negotiated amount will be divided between the Company and the Sales Associate according to the Sales Associate’s current commission split after the transaction fee.
- If you leave Sweetwater Residential, your listings will be released with a 25% referral fee, and you will be paid on the same commission split that you were on at the time of your departure for any pending transactions. This assumes a zero-ledger balance.
